Harmony in Health-teamet ønsker at hjælpe på dette tidspunkt af krisen. Vi er inspireret af Harmony-idéerne og tror, at de kan hjælpe folk med at navigere sig tilbage til sundhed.
Så hvad kan vi tilbyde?
For det første er det, vi ikke kan tilbyde, specifik rådgivning - da det er din læge eller konsulents rolle.

hvordan balance mellem sind, krop og følelser påvirker vores sundhedstilstand
måder at genoprette balancen i organismen på baggrund af viden fra medicinske traditioner, der havde at gøre med mange sygdomme - herunder pest og pest - uden antibiotika, steroider eller kirurgi
sind / kropsdiscipliner fra øst og vest, der altid har forsøgt at integrere snarere end adskille

Vi ved ikke, om de vil arbejde, men de vil ikke skade, og vi kan lære sammen om, hvad der er nyttigt. Tidlig feedback er dog meget positiv.

"Jeg har haft mange vejrtrækningsproblemer ...
Jeg kunne virkelig godt lide åndedrætssessionerne - virkelig interessant. Husk især at fokusere på udbredelsen ...
Jeg var ikke klar over, hvilken effekt dette kunne have. "
"Jeg har koncentreret mig om at tillade den naturlige udånding efter åndedrætssessionen; min vejrtrækning, min stemme, alt, er forbedret ret markant i løbet af denne sidste uge - bare fra det lille uddrag."
"Jeg laver en masse ashtanga yoga, hvor du gør en masse store vejrtrækninger .. så jeg føler, at jeg er nødt til at lære igen hvordan man trækker vejret .. og som yogalærer begynde forfra ... men det var fornuftigt at arbejde med at prøve for at hjælpe en naturlig ånde - det er virkelig nyttigt. "

Vi ved, at mange mennesker kæmper med tabet af deres lugtesans, og vores feedback fortæller os, at nogle blev hjulpet af forslag fra vores aromaterapeut.
"Aromaterapitalen var virkelig nyttig for mig - jeg har en ganske udfordring med lugtesans og smag stadig - den er næppe vendt tilbage."
"Jeg tog kursen, så jeg stadig kan nyde lugtesansen, selvom den er begrænset. Jeg løber fingrene gennem urtepotter og ser tilbage på positive minder - det er helbredende."
"Jeg kan stimulere et positivt svar - det er meget interessant. Det har en virkelig dejlig effekt på mig."
Et andet populært element er vores serie om ernæring.
"Det ayurvediske input til ernæring er et andet virkelig nyttigt element ...
Jeg laver mad med flere krydderier nu ... og mere varm mad ”

Vi kører ti hver uge en times workshops fra slutningen af marts til midten af august 2021 med regelmæssige moduler om sind og krop, ernæring og gæstespecialister, der deler deres viden om en række forskellige, men relaterede emner.
